Participation Terms for Anthology:

  1. Submission of Work: By submitting their work for inclusion in the anthology, the author acknowledges and agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.

  2. Content Rights: The author retains full ownership and copyright of their submitted work. By participating in the anthology, the author grants the publisher a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and promote the work in the anthology format.

  3. Withdrawal of Participation: Once the anthology is published, no refund or compensation will be provided to the author in the event of their withdrawal from participation. The author acknowledges that their withdrawal may result in logistical challenges and financial losses for the publisher, and thus agrees to notify the publisher of any withdrawal intention prior to publication.

  4. Representation and Warranty: By submitting their work, the author represents and warrants that they are the sole creator and owner of the submitted work, and that the work does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

  5. Editing and Formatting: The publisher reserves the right to edit and format the submitted work for inclusion in the anthology, provided that such edits do not materially alter the content or meaning of the work.

  6. Publication: The author acknowledges that their work will be published as part of a collective anthology and may be distributed in print and digital formats. The author grants the publisher the right to use their name, likeness, and biographical information in connection with the promotion and marketing of the anthology.

  7. Indemnification: The author agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the author’s submission, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement or defamation.

  8. Governing Law: These participation terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of courts of new delhi India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  9. Removal of Content: The author reserves the right to request the removal of their work from the anthology after publication. However, any such removal will not entitle the author to a refund, and changes to the anthology will only be implemented once the previous stock has been sold. The author acknowledges that the removal of their work may take time to implement and may result in additional costs and logistical challenges for the publisher.

  10. Profit Sharing: Authors will receive 70% of the total profit generated from the sales of the book. However, the publisher does not guarantee any specific amount to be paid to the author, as it solely depends on the book’s performance in the market. The profit sharing will be calculated based on the net proceeds from the sales after deducting production, distribution, and marketing expenses incurred by the publisher.

By submitting their work for inclusion in the anthology, the author acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these participation terms.
