Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Manda Publishers (“Website”). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or return a book. Please read our Cancellation and Return Policy carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

b. Digital Books: Please note that digital books (e-books) are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the download link has been provided.

2. Return Policy

a. Eligibility: We accept returns on physical books within a 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

b. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified return period. We may require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the book.

Pincode Unavailable – In case Manda Publishers is not able to arrange the pickup from a particular pincode, we request you to kindly self ship the return at the below mentioned address.

– We are liable to compensate for the return charges beared by the customer upto Rs.100.

– We request you to send a copy of the receipt/charges incurred by the customer at cs@mandapublishers.com to claim the compensation.

c. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned book and verify its condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned book does not meet our eligibility criteria.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

a. Damaged During Shipping: If your book arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the item.

b. Defective Items: If you receive a defective book, please contact our customer support team. We may require additional information or evidence of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the item.

4. Refunds

a. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations and returns as per the policies mentioned above.

b. Refund Process: Once your cancellation or return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take upto 7-10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method.
