Having spent several years in the field of teaching, I feel obliged to share my knowledge with all students and teachers. This book has been specifically designed to provide sufficient study material for a student of Business Studies in Class XII, as per the syllabus prescribed by CBSE. An important aim of the book is to make the key concepts accessible to students of Class XII not just to score good marks in CBSE board examinations but also to gain deeper understanding of how a ‘Business’ actually runs. Appreciation of my systematically designed notes given in class and motivation from my students over the years has inspired me to compile my notes in a book format. Every possible effort has been made to present in a clear and exhaustive manner, the ingredients of this course.
