Ramblings

Description

After the successful 5* rated Blue Eyes through black mascara, this new book, Ramblings, is the next anthology of poems by JD Russell. The constant forward motion of life inspired the poems. Often that motion is fast-paced, more often it is like rambling across the hills and dales observing life at a much lower pace, sometimes even sedentary as he sits and watches people going about their lives. Some poems are autobiographical. A random phrase may have inspired some poems or a reflection of a feeling felt by someone else. We can find many different poetic styles in Ramblings, including stanzas with structure, free verse, Haikus, limericks, and epic stories. JD Russell gratefully receives comments.
