Spoiler: I wrote Shadows of Pinebrook during one of my many emotional breakdowns – turns out trauma makes great plot twists. This is my second book. My first, The Witch From Blue Hail, was an impulsive decision – the kind you make at 2 AM, but it found its way onto the Amazon Best Seller list, even if just for a short, glorious moment. And honestly, I’m proud of that. When I’m not launching marketing campaigns or changing my baby’s diapers , I’m staring out of windows like a haunted Victorian nun or narrating people’s lives in my head like a Netflix voiceover. I believe stories come from the parts of us that don’t know how to speak – so I let them bleed on paper. And no, Shadows of Pinebrook isn’t entirely based on real events… but maybe don’t ask too many questions.
