Niharika Agnihotri is an accomplished academician, published researcher, and emerging literary voice, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at Indus International University, Bathu Una (Himachal Pradesh). With a Master’s degree in Business Management (specializing in HR and Marketing) and a PhD in progress, she has authored numerous research papers in reputed national and international journals, focusing on various topics. In addition to her academic work, Niharika ventured into the world of literature with her debut book, In the Exploration of Truth: Why We Lie a thought-provoking exploration of human deception and psychological conflict. Her second book, Silent Wings: The Story of Every Woman, is her most ambitious work to date a powerful fictional narrative chronicling the journey of a woman through the phases of life, sacrifice, and self-discovery.
